- Working in partnership with KPMG for the Department of Health, ODPM and SSI to establish a Strategic Commissioning Framework including Health, Education, Social Services and Private and Voluntary Providers.

- Restructure of Residential and Sheltered Housing portfolio for Older People including the establishment of a Quality Assurance Model and KPI's to meet regulatory requirements.
- Project Management of four PFI Resource Centre Schemes working in partnership with a London Authority
- Establishment and Registration of a new Domiciliary Care Service for the Association
